As of right now flexo printing is still the hot ticket with new technology the presses produce great multi color printing, with web fed being the most aggressive.  Those with flexo printing experience are certainly in demand.

The high quality 4 color label industry is continuing with tremendous growth.  Plant management and general management in this field is of particular interest, due to many smaller plants looking to expand.

The merger acquistion game is still very hot with much new activity taking place.  Look for 2 or 3 key operations to make some changes this year..
